Mud cleaner is a combination of desander and desilter and mounted

over a shale shaker with a fine mesh screen.   A mud is fed to the   inlet of   hydrocyclone   to separate particles and the underflow passes to the fine mesh where in particles larger than barite are discarded and thrown away. It is the second and third phase cleaning equipment for a whole solids control system.

The overall heat treatment of the vibrating screen box, can meet the high vibration strength of the long time work.

The vibrating screen box angle adopts mechanical adjustment, convenient and reliable.

The surface is sandblasted with Marine paint with high anti-corrosion   and   wear   resistance .   More liver appearance, higher quality.

The screen tensioning method can be selected in two ways: hook side type and wedge block, which can meet different customer needs.

The vibration motor can be selected from domestic and foreign well-known brands,   such   as:   Martin, Italy Oli etc.

Sand and mud removal cyclone adopts high wear-resistant composite polyurethane   material, which can be interchangeable with internationally famous similar products.
